1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tiny House Records platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tiny House Records provides an audio hosting, streaming, and artificial intelligence mapping platform for independent artists. We offer various subscription tiers (Standard, PRO, and Ultra) which dictate your upload capacity, permitted file formats (e.g., MP3, WAV), and access to advanced platform features.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Audio Uploads

You Retain Ownership: You retain all of your ownership rights in your original audio recordings, cover art, and metadata ("User Content") that you submit to the Service. Tiny House Records does not claim copyright ownership over your uploaded tracks.

License to Tiny House Records: By uploading User Content, you grant Tiny House Records a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with the Service. This specifically includes the right to process your audio through our artificial intelligence models to generate BPM data, genre tags, and mood metadata.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee or other charge (e.g., PRO and Ultra tiers). If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as displayed on our platform.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Artist Portal, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload audio or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive files.
• Attempt to circumvent our tier limits, storage restrictions, or security systems.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and permanently delete your audio vault without notice if you are found to be in violation of these rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Tiny House Records makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services or the information, content, or materials included on this site.

In no event shall Tiny House Records, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
